Design 2251 New York American Revolution Bicentennial Barge

Thats a mouthful. This barge was created as a traveling exhibit during the 1976 Bicentennial Celebration. It traveled along New York State waterways making 36 stops in over 1,400 miles. It was converted from an old railroad barge. The captions tell the story. Please double click for bigger view.
